Company

An owner-led company with short decision paths

Marco Max Lerch founded MMax GmbH in 2021 because two worlds in e-commerce sat far too far apart: the actual flow of goods on one side, and the data used to make decisions about it on the other.

Today we work both ends at once. We trade goods ourselves — B2B and B2C — while building the tools that make that trade measurable. As a result, we know our customers' problems from our own daily operations, not from a slide deck.

We deliberately keep the company lean. When you get in touch, you speak to the people who also make the decision.

We don't sell theory. Everything we offer, we run in our own trading operation first.

How we work

What you can hold us to

01

A reply within one business day

Enquiries don't disappear into a ticket system, they reach a named contact. You get an honest assessment, even when it says we're not the right partner.

02

Numbers instead of gut feeling

Every recommendation we make traces back to data — margins, lead times, return rates. If it can't be measured, we don't promise it.

03

Scalable from the first pallet

We work with sole traders and established merchants alike. The processes behind it are the same, only the volumes differ.

04

Commitments, not intentions

Agreed volumes, dates and prices hold. If something isn't feasible, we say so upfront — not once the delivery is already overdue.

Let's talk about what you're planning.

Whether it's a supply source, a sales channel or a tool you're missing: tell us briefly what it's about. We usually reply within one business day.
